Program Format

This event will last 90 minutes and features a panel of experts who first will discuss/present information and then will answer questions from the audience. Presentations will focus on the key issues involved in community planning for MCEs and highlight the research, tools, and strategies that can be used to develop effective MCE plans

Any combination of features may be used during this Web conference, including presentation slides, opinion polls, Web tours, audio/video clips, surveys, and more. Simultaneously, the audio portion of the program will be streamed live. If you can not access the live streaming audio, it also can be heard via phone.

Participants can connect to the Web conference in one of three ways—via Internet only, Internet and phone, or phone only. Please check the table below for information on the resources you will need to participate in the Web conference, by type of connection.
