Ebony Ross recently joined HSR as a Senior Policy Associate in the Intercultural Health and Infectious Disease Practice Area. She has coordinated research teams for various Federal agencies and has a wide range of experience in technical assistance provision, HIV capacity building, outreach provision, extensive analytical and applied research in the fields of behavioral medicine and public health, and project management of many federally funded multisite projects. She received her master's in psychology from North Carolina Central University and her bachelor's in psychology from Hampton University.
