Christian Weaver serves as HSR's Electronic Communications Manager. He is primarily responsible for the design, development, and administration of HSR's corporate Web site as well as all project-sponsored Web sites and Web applications. He is additionally responsible for the design and development of numerous short-term Web sites and applications as well, geared toward achieving specific project-related goals, such as Web conferencing, meeting/conference registration, survey data collection and analysis, communication enhancement, information dissemination, and e-commerce. Under government contract standards, Mr. Weaver ensures that all Web-related content is fully in compliance with all current section 508 accessibility regulation standards. He is also responsible for the design, development, and administration of HSR's corporate database as well as numerous project-specific databases.
Mr. Weaver holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and human resource management from The College of Saint Rose.
