Jason Fizell manages new business and proposal development activities for HSR. He identifies new business opportunities and coordinates proposal development processes, policies, and tools. As a member of the HSR Communications Team, he also assists with
marketing and communications outreach for the firm.
Mr. Fizell previously has served as a Grant Specialist at the University of Kansas, Executive Director of the Kaw Valley Heritage Alliance, and a Research and Policy Advisor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has served on a Department of Education Negotiated Rulemaking Committee for the Reauthorization of the Higher
Education Act and testified before a Congressional hearing. He holds a bachelor's degree in history of science and environmental history from the University of Kansas.
