Stephen Gilberg recently joined HSR as a full-time copy editor and proofreader after previously working for HSR on a contract basis. Mr. Gilberg reviews and copy-edits many different types of documents for HSR, ranging from large reports to lists of conference participants and new additions to HSR's Web site. He also transcribes audiovisual materials to meet the requirements of Section 508 of the Congressional Rehabilitation Act, making electronic communication materials accessible to persons with disabilities. Mr. Gilberg previously trained as a copy editor for the American Society for Microbiology and has edited and proofread for IQ Solutions, Woodrow Wilson Senior High School, CASTLE Worldwide, and the Lafayette Publications Workshop. Mr. Gilberg holds a bachelor's degree in English from Oberlin College.
