This Special Item Number (SIN) is dedicated to offering facilitation and relevant decision support services to agencies involved in collaboration, working groups, or integrated product, process, or self-directed teams. HSR brings to this category of services a wealth of experience in planning meetings and conferences that can help agencies work toward meeting their goals. Our staff have received critical acclaim for their support of a broad range of expert meetings, focus groups, and “think tank” initiatives, and it is this expertise we bring to each task order received under this SIN.
Specifically, HSR can help clients with:

• Facilitating and directing discussions at conferences and meetings in an unbiased manner that allows for diverging viewpoints to be heard and consensus to be made around issues important to the participants.
  
• Planning and refining agendas for meetings that meet agencies’ goals and fit within their budgetary requirements.
  
• Facilitating debriefing sessions prior to conferences to review procedures and help individuals understand their roles at the meeting.
  
• Handling all logistical tasks associated with meetings, including, but not limited to: drafting invitation letters, arranging for air and ground transportation, securing a meeting space, arranging for food and beverage service and audio/visual equipment, and processing reimbursement for expenses. All logistical tasks undertaken by HSR are in accordance with Federal regulations regarding travel and payment.
  
• Providing on-site support at meetings to ensure clients are focused on the meeting’s content rather than its logistical components.
  
• Preparing pre- and post-meeting materials that may include agendas, summary reports, evaluations, and thank you letters.

Annual loaded rates for personnel who may be involved in the delivery of consulting services under this SIN are presented for each of the remaining years of our five-year contract award.  VIEW RATES
